THAI STYLE RICE WITH VEGETABLES MAIN MEAL RATION

Thai style rice with vegetables 150g. Ingredients: rice 60%, seasoning blend [vegetables (bell pepper, onion, tomato, carrot, garlic (natural SULFITES)), herbs and spices (leek, cumin, coriander), vegetable fat (palm oil) (MILK), thickener: modified starch, salt, sugar, CREAM powder, coconut powder, flavourings (coconut), acidity regulator: citric acid]. Nutritional values per 100g: energy 1656kJ/396kcal, fat 8,4g of which saturates 4,5g, carbohydrates 71g of which sugars 6,9g, fiber 4,3g, protein 7,6g, salt 2,3g. Instructions: open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour boiling water up to line 6 (450ml) while stirring carefully. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
