Ingredients: noodles (WHEAT, water, salt) 60%, seasoning blend [vegetables (bell pepper, onion, tomato, carrot, garlic (natural SULPHITES)), herbs and spices (leek, cumin, coriander), vegetable fat (palm oil) (MILK), thickener: modified starch, salt, sugar, CREAM powder, coconut powder, flavourings (coconut), acidity regulator: citric acid],  freeze dried beef 5% (beef 99.75%, antioxidant: rosemary).
Nutritional values per 100g: energy 1688kJ/401kcal, fat 10g of which saturates 4,8g, carbohydrates 62g of which sugars 8,1g, fiber 4,8g, protein 13g, salt 2,5g. 
Instructions: open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour 250ml of boiling water inside the bag. Stir carefully and allow to stand for 8 minutes. Stir once more before eating. Add water if needed. Consume after heating up.
