OATMEAL PORRIDGE APPLE-CINNAMON BREAKFAST RATION

 Oatmeal porridge apple-cinnamon 100g. Ingredients: OATMEAL 80%, sugar, apple powder 5% (incl SULPHITES), spices (cinnamon 0,7%, turmeric, ginger). Nutritional values per 100g: energy 1567kJ/372kcal, fat 6,8g of which saturates 1,3g, carbohydrates 62g of which sugars 18g, fiber 10g, protein 10g, salt 0g. Instructions: open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour boiling water up to line 4 (250ml) while stirring carefully. Allow to stand for 8 minutes.
