Ingredients: potato, carrot, water, tomato, beef (9% when added), onion, tomato paste, nameko mushrooms, celery, black beans, garlic, rapeseed oil, modified starch, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, rosemary, herbs. Vegetable content 56,5 %.

Nutritional values per 100g: Energy 296 kJ/70 kcal, Fat 2,0g, of which saturated fatty acids 0,6g, Carbohydrates 9,0g, of which sugar 3,6g, Protein 3,2g, Salt 0,86g.

Instructions of use: Consume after heating up. 2 ways for heating: pour the food into the pot and warm for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally or submerge the unopened package completely in boiling water and heat for 4-5 minutes.
