Oatmeal porridge with blueberries 100g
Ingredients: OATMEAL 79%, sugar, freeze dried blueberries 5%, vanilla flavor, maltodextrin, salt.
Nutritional values per 100g: energy 1565kJ/372kcal, fat 7,3g of which saturates 1,4g, carbohydrates 61g of which sugar 17g, fiber 9,3g, protein 10g, salt 0,5g.
Instructions: open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour boiling water up to line 4 (250ml) while stirring carefully. Allow to stand for 8 minutes. Stir once more before eating. Add water if needed. Consume immediately after preparation.
