Ingredients: rice 55%, seasoning blend [vegetables and herbs (bell pepper, onion, tomato, garlic, carrot, cumin, coriander, parsley), vegetable fat powder (sunflower), modified starch, salt, sugar, flavourings], freeze-dried chicken breast 5%.
Nutritional values per 100g: energy 1636kJ/391kcal, fat 8,8g of which saturates 0,9g, carbohydrate 66g of which sugars 6,4g, fibre 3,5g, protein 10g, salt 4,0g.
Instructions: Open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour boiling water up to line 5 (350ml) while stirring carefully. Allow to stand for 15 minutes. Stir once more before eating. Add water if needed. Consume immediately after preparation.
