FRIED RICE MAIN MEAL RATION

Fried rice with chicken 150g. Ingredients: rice 53%, seasoning blend [vegetable fat (palm oil) (MILK), bell pepper, thickener: modified corn starch, salt, tomato, onion, garlic (natural SULPHITES), sugar, champignons, spices and herbs], freeze dried chicken breast 5%. Nutritional values per 100g: energy 1695kJ/406kcal, fat 12g of which saturates 5,9g, carbohydrates 63g of which sugars 6,2g, fiber 4,1g, protein 11g, salt 3,5g. Instructions: open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour boiling water up to line 5 (400ml) while stirring carefully. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
