PASTA BOLOGNESE MAIN MEAL RATION

Pasta Bolognese 150g. Ingredients: pasta 49% (WHEAT), seasoning blend [thickener: modified corn starch, vegetables (tomato, garlic (natural SULPHITES), onion), vegetable fat powder (from sunflower oil), salt, brown sugar, spices and herbs (cumin, bell pepper, parsley), lemon powder, flavourings], freeze dried beef 5% (beef 99.75%, antioxidant: rosemary). Nutritional values per 100g: energy 1636kJ/388kcal, fat 8,7g of which saturates 1,5g, carbohydrates 64g of which sugars 7,8g, fiber 3,8g, protein 12g, salt 3,7g. Instructions: open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour boiling water up to line 6 (500ml) while stirring carefully. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
