Ingredients: water, WHEAT flakes (GLUTEN) 10%, CREAM, apple puree 8,3%, sugar, rapeseed oil, salt, vegetable cream powder, modified corn starch, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), flavorings (including caramelized sugar, apple), spices (including cinnamon).

Nutritional values per 100g: energy 538kJ/128kcal, fats 5,1g, of which saturated fats 1,6g, carbohydrates 19,4g, of which sugars 12,3g, proteins 1,1g, salt 0,65g.
Instructions: can be eaten cold or hot. Two heating options: pour the food into a pot and heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place the unopened package completely in boiling water and heat for 4-5 minutes.
