POTATO STEW WITH BEEF MAIN MEAL RATION

 Potato stew with beef 150g. Ingredients: potato flakes 55%, seasoning blend [vegetables (carrot, bell pepper, tomato, garlic (natural SULPHITES)), herbs and spices (parsley, oregano, rosemary), vegetable fat (palm oil) (MILK), MILK and BUTTER powder, salt, flavourings, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid], freeze dried beef 5% (beef 99.75%), antioxidant: rosemary).  Nutritional values per 100g: energy 1706kJ/405kcal, fat 11g of which saturates 5,8g, carbohydrates 62g of which sugars 8,6g, fiber 6,2g, protein 10g, salt 2,5g. Instructions: Open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour boiling water up to line 6 (500ml) while stirring carefully. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
