Ingredients: Potato (25%), Beef (18%), Carrot (12%), Onion (11%), Swede (6%), Tomato Puree, Water, Red Peppers (3%), Green Peppers (3%), Rapeseed Oil, Red Wine, Sugar, Salted Butter (Butter (Milk), Salt), Cornflour, Beef Stock (Concentrated Beef Broth, Salt, Vegetable Concentrates (Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Leek)), Black Treacle, Salt, Ground Caraway, Paprika (<2%), Black Pepper, Oregano.

Nutritional information per 100g: Energy 459kJ/110kcal, Fat 5.6g, of which saturated fatty acids 1.6g, Carbohydrate 12g, of which sugars 4.1g, Protein 5.7g, Salt 0.53g.

Instructions of use: Place the pouch in hot to boiling water and heat for approximately 8 minutes. Carefully open at the tear notch, stir and consume. Do not use if pouch has become damaged or is inflated. Can be eaten hot or cold.
